1. IT Head
 

Job Description:
• Strategize, develop and provide guidance in the execution and maintenance of IT systems to support the Bureau's business plan.
• Propose recommendations to improve the efficiency of the IT systems and related processes.
• Ensure implementations of projects are in accordance with the approved business strategies, within the allocated budget and executed in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance to the IT policy, standards and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements are adhered to by the staff at all times.
• Prepare relevant reports and proposals to Management and Board of Directors for their approval.
• Ensure proper documentations of IT structure, layout, systems and procedures/ policies for easy references.
• Ensure operational availability, integrity, performance and security of all components of the company's computing infrastructure to meet the business demands.
• Oversee Data Centre and Disaster Recovery Centre to ensure that it function accordingly.
• Liaise with members on IT related issues.


  Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 8 years in the IT industry with minimum 4 years as Manager role
• Extensive project management experience
• High level of comfort with and passion for technology
• Possess good communication, written and analytical skills
• Ability to provide leadership in crisis management in a calm & professional manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic with a steady character.

   
   
2. IT Executive
 

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the maintenance of the application systems to suit the Buerau's growth and needs.
• Ensure the technical specification, procedure, test plan and change request on new enhancements are being developed in accordance to the Information Technology standards.
• Ensure the problem logs on the assigned applications are been resolved in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
• Ensure all programs being developed in accordance to the development methodology and meet the project schedule.
• Identify and escalate any technical issue to immediate superior immediately with possible recommendations in order to resolve the matter efficiently.
• Analyze detailed technical information and provide input for recommendations of new or enhanced requirements.
• Ensure technical documents such as program specifications, procedures, user manuals, test plan, migration plan and checklist is drafted and composed accordingly.

  Requirements:
• A recognized Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or its related discipline
• Minimum 1 year(s) experience in the related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with a meticulous approach to work.
• An aptitude/inclination for systems-related work.
• Solid knowledge in Windows and TCP/IP network
• Working experience in J2EE, JAVA, Oracle and SQL is an advantage
• Having knowledge in IVR/CTI and PABX is an advantage
   
   
3. Marketing Executive
 

Responsibilities:
• Execute business development plan of the Bureau
• Prospect members and build database from various sources
• Promote usage of Bureau products and services
• Ensure the achievement of agreed targets and revenue
• Provide training to members

  Requirements:
• Possess a degree preferably in banking, finance or business related discipline.
• Knowledge of corporate sales and marketing activities.
• Proven track record in sales or account management an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
• Good oral and written English/Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Chinese is an advantage)
• Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
• Motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive to achieve and excel
   
   
4. Client Services Officer
 

Responsibilities:
• Handle enquiries on matters related to the Bureau
• Ensure information in the Bureau website is updated
• Process membership application
• Provide basic technical support (1st support level for SME Credit Bureau Systems main functionalities)


  Requirements:
• Minimum degree in any field
• Customer service and/or credit experience is an advantage
• Good oral and written English/Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Chinese is an advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in customer management
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problem-solving skills
• Detailed, analytical and computer savvy

   
5.

Client Advisory Officer

 

Responsibilities:
• Interact with members and non-members on matters related to the Bureau
• Gather information and investigate into data dispute and inaccuracy.
• Liaise with various data sources on dispute management.
• Maintain/uphold the Bureau dispute management process.
• Maintain/uphold the Bureau Code of Conduct/Compliance to ensure no misuse of the Bureau's data/ information

  Requirements:
• Minimum degree in any field.
• Customer service and/or credit experience is an advantage.
• Good oral and written English/Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Chinese is an advantage)
• Have excellent communication skill and able to interact with the senior leaders
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problem-solving skills
   
   
6. Data Integrity Executive
 

Responsibilities:
• Generate monthly data analysis reports to identify data integrity issues
• Identify and rectify data integrity issues with members
• Monitor data submission from members
• Maintain/uphold the Bureau Reciprocity Guidelines to ensure no misuse of the Bureau's data

  Requirements:
• Possess a degree, preferably in statistics
• Experience in database management
• Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problem-solving skills
• Detailed and analytical
   
   
7. Data Analyst
 

Responsibilities:
• Generate data analysis reports in a timely manner
• Validate data accuracy
• Analyze specific project work
• Develop new products & services together with the marketing team and members of the Bureau

  Requirements:
• Possess a degree, preferably in statistics
• Experience in database management
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Access and MS Excel
• Well versed in relational database
• Strong data analytical skill preferably in credit data
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
