Job Description:
• Strategize, develop and provide guidance in
the execution and maintenance of IT systems to support
the Bureau's business plan.
• Propose recommendations to improve the efficiency
of the IT systems and related processes.
• Ensure implementations of projects are in accordance
with the approved business strategies, within the allocated
budget and executed in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance to the IT policy, standards
and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
are adhered to by the staff at all times.
• Prepare relevant reports and proposals to Management
and Board of Directors for their approval.
• Ensure proper documentations of IT structure,
layout, systems and procedures/ policies for easy references.
• Ensure operational availability, integrity,
performance and security of all components of the company's
computing infrastructure to meet the business demands.
• Oversee Data Centre and Disaster Recovery Centre
to ensure that it function accordingly.
• Liaise with members on IT related issues.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
or equivalent • At least 8 years in the IT industry
with minimum 4 years as Manager role • Extensive

IT Executive |

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the maintenance of the application
systems to suit the Buerau's growth and needs.
• Ensure the technical specification, procedure,
test plan and change request on new enhancements are
being developed in accordance to the Information Technology
standards.
• Ensure the problem logs on the assigned applications
are been resolved in a timely, effective and efficient
manner.
• Ensure all programs being developed in accordance
to the development methodology and meet the project
schedule.
• Identify and escalate any technical issue to
immediate superior immediately with possible recommendations
in order to resolve the matter efficiently.
• Analyze detailed technical information and provide
input for recommendations of new or enhanced requirements.
• Ensure technical documents such as program specifications,
procedures, user manuals, test plan, migration plan
and checklist is drafted and composed accordingly.

• A recognized Degree or Diploma in Computer Science,
Information Technology or its related discipline •
Minimum 1 year(s) experience in the related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical

• Working experience in J2EE, JAVA, Oracle and SQL

Responsibilities:
• Interact with members and non-members on matters
related to the Bureau
• Gather information and investigate into data
dispute and inaccuracy.
• Liaise with various data sources on dispute
management.
• Maintain/uphold the Bureau dispute management
process.
• Maintain/uphold the Bureau Code of Conduct/Compliance
to ensure no misuse of the Bureau's data/ information
